Revenue visibility
Connect rent billed, payments received, and outstanding balances so follow-up starts from a clearer picture.
Upcoming product / Ntare Rentals
Bring rent, leases, charges, and property operations into one view.
Ntare Rentals is an upcoming commercial-first property management platform for Rwanda, with residential portfolios also in scope. It is being developed to connect rent collection and reconciliation, tenant arrears, lease renewals, service charges, utility billing, maintenance, occupancy tracking, and owner reporting across multiple properties.
The problem
Owners and managers can lose track of what is due, what has been paid, and which balances need follow-up when leases, payment records, charges, and maintenance requests sit in separate places. Complex commercial lease terms and multiple properties make reconciliation and reliable owner reporting harder.
The upcoming product
Ntare Rentals is being developed around Rwanda’s collection practices and local payment rails, with commercial lease complexity and residential sites in scope. The planned platform connects billing obligations with payment reconciliation, arrears follow-up, renewals, service charges, utility billing, maintenance, occupancy, and owner reporting. Specific payment integrations and release availability will be confirmed before launch.
The intended outcome
The aim is to help managers act on outstanding rent, resolve unreconciled payments, and keep owners informed about portfolio performance. Value should be established against a baseline of overdue balances, collection timing, reconciliation exceptions, and maintenance turnaround. Better visibility supports collection action; it cannot guarantee that tenants will pay.
Connect rent billed, payments received, and outstanding balances so follow-up starts from a clearer picture.
Keep lease renewals, charges, occupancy, and maintenance responsibilities visible across properties.
Bring property income and operating information together for more consistent owner reporting.
Where it fits
What to measure
Track overdue balances as a share of rent billed and the time taken to collect.
Measure unmatched payments and the time needed to resolve exceptions.
Compare occupied units, vacancy periods, and lease-renewal follow-up.
Measure request turnaround and reporting effort against the current process.
